I’ve obtained a copy of the PFIC Proposal.  They only proposed doing the full $4 million restoration for a fixed annual lease price of $393,534.

The BOS meeting was relatively uneventful with respect to the town hall issue, but not without cause for reflection on the sad state of affairs that surrounds it.

Wolfeboro politics has taken a turn for the worse. The pieces of a potential strategy to further marginalize voters started to take shape at the recent Board of Selectmen meeting.

At tonight’s BOS meeting, Mr. Owen presented a third party financing plan for Brewster Hall.

In early September, I drafted a BMH Alternative that could result in preservation of Brewster Hall with town offices, but spare the taxpayers from the cost of the historic preservation part.
