The newspaper will come out tomorrow with details about a revised proposal from PFIC. The town manager asked for a revised $4 million proposal reflecting a 12 month construction window, and a new proposal for the $2.8 million first floor and exterior phase that is under consideration. In a memo to the Selectmen, he reports that in either case the total cost to Wolfeboro would increase by more than a million dollars vs. traditional bonding. He states that he cannot recommend pursuing this method of financing.
